Another Priorslee visit.

Having worked a split shift yesterday & feeling pretty crap with a sore throat I really didn't feel up to doing much today. I was awake just after midday, having had around 5hrs kip, a quick clean up around the house & I decided to have a look at Priorslee.
On arrival there was already one bloke there scanning an impressive gull flock, plus Jim was setting his camera up... so I thought, 'Aaaah, Jimbo's got something!!'...
But sadly he hadn't.
In fact with an impressive 500+ gulls on the lake, there were no white-wingers! After a while we'd picked up 2 ad. Yellow-legged Gull's, but nothing else of note.
However, we did both score a year tick with a female Ruddy Duck sleeping on the far side of the lake.
Takes me to 105 species for the county yearlist, with still some easy birds to hit yet!... More no doubt soon...
